© The Honiton Wine Bar 2011 QWEB Design At The Honiton Wine Bar we are commited to supporting our region and the agriculture within, sourcing our beef from South Devon  using selected assured farms and traditional breeds of cattle. We ask our butcher to mature this beef for our restaurant for 7 days on the bone and 21 days hung to enhance the tenderness, succulence and flavour. We are extremely confident in the quality of our meat and are able to say that we would not sell anything that we would not eat ourselves. Our Free Range eggs are sorced locally.  We use free range chicken supplied by our butcher, sourced from farms located in Devon. He also supplies our pork products from assured farms with in the three counties of Devon, Cornwall & Somerset. Our Fresh & Frozen fish is supplier by S & J fisheries of Ivybridge, Devon. Where the fish is all hand prepared within their temperature controlled, purpose built buildings. Suppliers All menus and prices are subject to change
